Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the bba777 Platform at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bba777 may at any time request supporting documentation — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA, proof of address, or bank/wallet account confirmation — to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or in connection with responsible gaming obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your bba777 account is your responsibility. • Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or bypass security measures.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode where such collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments, including Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts not registered in your name.
• Attempting to launder funds or engage in any financial crime through the bba777 Platform.
• Sharing or selling access to your bba777 account with any third party.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bba777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such winnings are void and must be returned.

All content on the bba777 Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, audio, software code, logos, marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bba777 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content in any format.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bba777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or winnings as a result of technical failure, network interruption, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by game random number generators (RNGs), which operate independently and cannot be influenced by bba777.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether or not bba777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes bba777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Pakistan law.

The bba777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where possible.
